Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your delivery address.

During peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Delivery times refer to the estimated transit time after your order has been dispatched. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and local courier services.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping details may result in processing delays or cancellation of the order. If our system detects an issue with your address, our support team may contact you within 3 business days to verify your details.

If no response is received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
